  🍾 Rat Pack Rhythms, Roulade & A Standing Ovation: The 2026 AGM & Social Rally! 🚐 North Essex Centre | Pleshey Village Hall & Sports Ground | 9th–11th October 2026 It was that milestone weekend on the rallying calendar once again—the official gathering of the clan for our Annual General Meeting! Pleshey Village Hall rolled out the welcome mat, hosting a fine gathering of caravans and motorhomes pitched up for the full weekend, joined by plenty of day-tripping members arriving on Saturday to ensure their voices (and votes) were counted. Having the run of the hall all weekend was an absolute treat. Friday night kicked off in true North Essex style: relaxed banter, catching up with friends, and a few "light beverages" to properly lubricate the vocal cords for the weekend ahead.

🎱 The Legend of "Mr. 79," Sizzling Curries & Saloon Crooners! 🚐 North Essex Centre | Grange Farm Fun Rally, Thorpe-le-Soken | September 2026 Marshals: Dave & Sandy If you want a rally that combines brainteasers, a curry feast, vocal superstars, and the greatest bingo scandal this side of Essex, Grange Farm was the place to be! A merry crew of 12 caravans rolled into Thorpe-le-Soken, with nearly everyone delighted to plug straight into the electric hook-ups available on each pitch. Luxury camping at its finest! 💨 Battling the Breeze & Dave’s Brainbusters Arrivals kicked off at midday on Saturday, with Marshal Dave expertly steering everyone onto their pitches. With a lively autumn wind whistling across the grass, common sense prevailed: tent-wrestling was officially postponed until Sunday morning, leaving everyone free to pop the kettle on and catch up with friends old and new.

  Rally Report: Sunshine, Skittles & Sleuthing for Biscuits at Homestead Caravan Park Dates: Late September 2026 Attendance: 12 Caravans & Motorhomes Marshals: Joy & Mick Late September decided to turn on the summer charm for our weekend away at Homestead Caravan Park. With blue skies overhead and the mercury hitting a sizzling 25°C on Saturday, you’d never guess autumn was knocking on the door. A turn-out of 12 units rolled onto the rally field , where our fantastic marshals, Joy and Mick , greeted everyone with warm smiles and pitches ready to go. Friday: The Great Biscuit Heist The weekend kicked off in classic rally fashion. After pitching up, folks gathered inside the event tents to catch up over a cuppa. The kettle was boiling, tea and coffee were flowing, but a crucial question immediately arose: where are the biscuits? Enter Joy on a covert mission. Spotting an unsuspecting caravanner still busy unpacking, Joy swooped in and successfully negotiated cus...

  🌾 Bassetts Farm Rally – The Hidden Gem Weekend! 2026 If you ever wanted to feel like you were heading off-grid without actually leaving Essex, Bassetts Farm was the place to be. Tucked so deeply within the countryside that even the sat‑nav shrugged at us, it turned out to be one of those brilliant little gems you only discover by joining a rally. And what a lovely September weekend it became. Our marshals — Louise, Cliff and Racheal , with support from Kevin and Dawn — welcomed 15 units made up of both caravans and motorhomes. It was lovely to see a mix of long‑standing members and some of our newer ralliers settling in for a gentle, late‑summer escape.

  Well done Mick, top weight! 🎣 The Great Inter-Centre Fishing Derby, Tangles, Tactics, & The Runner-Up Biscuit! 🏆 North Essex Centre at the 5-Centres Inter-centre Rally | Hosted by Mid Anglia It was that time of year again when the region’s five centres— North Essex, South Essex, Suffolk, Norfolk, and Mid Anglia —descended on the lake with caravans in tow, tackle boxes loaded, and a team of seven intrepid anglers ready for battle! Naturally, the weekend kicked off in proper rally fashion: greeting familiar faces and trading plenty of friendly banter, good-humoured ribbing, and pre-match bragging rights with our old rivals across the bank.
